Xerox Corporation (also known as Xerox) is an American global corporation that sells business services and document technology products.

Xerox is headquartered in Norwalk, Connecticut (moved from Stamford, Connecticut in October 2007), though its largest population of employees is based around Rochester, New York, the area in which the company was founded. Xerox is consistently placed in the list of Fortune 500 companies. Xerox was founded in 1906 in Rochester as The Haloid Photographic Company, which originally manufactured photographic paper and equipment.

A round stable conference of social media biggies who are attracted to outsourcing.

Solution

We set up a command centre with resources dedicated to the client. A couple of tools were brought in to track all the buzz being created on social media about the concerning keywords.

Outcome

We were able to track a few hundred moderate to high influencers who were taking keen interest in outsourcing and creating a buzz around it. Out of these, we zeroed in on 40 individuals working with Fortune 500 companies, bearing C-level titles and built their portfolios.

Each individual profile contained:

Work profile: Present and Past employer(s), total work experience, areas of excellence, professional accomplishments
Topics that interest them. (Through their social media contributions, other online profiles etc)
Their sentiments towards the outsourcing practice.
