According to a research by one of the top Marketing Automation companies on B2B marketers’ choice of social media channels for customer acquisition, “77 percent of B2B marketers have acquired a customer through LinkedIn, followed by 60 percent by company blogs, 43 percent through Facebook and 40 percent through Twitter.”
Social Media is the most effective and efficient way to generate quality leads in today’s market. The top social media networks — Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest — proved to be the top marketing channels to attract the right target audience faster and better when used the right way with right strategies. However, 40 percent of marketers (most of them still stuck with the traditional marketing ways), do not spend on social media presuming it to be a mere mode of communication for college kids. Little do they know that social media channels, especially Facebook, have made inroads into B2B business and lead generation in a big way.
