Build a one stop shop strategy. NOW!

Build a one stop shop strategy. NOW!

Last week, I was running through mobile accessory stores looking for an iPhone cover. Every store I went to, all I could see were either boring leather pouches or creepy ones with Beyonce or Beiber photos. I continued searching and wondering what else could be different in a cover. A cover is a cover and it can be nothing more than that. Later, I enter a store and see this awesome iPhone cover with a card holder. Whoa amazing! I was wowed to see the real efforts and brains behind this trendy innovation. An iPhone cover that replaces your wallet. Can you ask for more? I can now stuff some cash and cards and travel lighter to my work place every day.

A simple lesson that changed my perspective towards business trends now. Standing there as a customer, I realized…

Customers want more!

Customers want more

It might sound like an old cliché, but the catch here is, customers are seeking more from the same vendor. They are not ready to buy different things from different vendors. If You are not going to give them what they want, someone else will surely do.

When we zap back in time a little bit, there were times when mobile companies manufactured only mobiles and no fancy accessories. But now customers are not ready to take this. They are so used to being spoilt by choice; they want options everywhere they go. Whether they are buying a mobile phone or partnering with a business client, they are looking for companies which give them more options or may be a whole bunch of them. If you are a business owner, marketer or an entrepreneur, you might need to recheck on your packaging aspects of your products or services.

Whether you are a mobile phone manufacturer, an entrepreneur with an e-commerce start up or a marketer selling boring computer hardware peripherals, all you need to do is package your product well and sell it as a whole; not bit by bit. Many top contenders in the market create winning moments by showcasing their products big. Selling products or services that would force your customers to run to other vendors is as good as not selling it. It would be a wiser option for you to partner with other vendors and sell the product/service as a whole rather than selling it half-ready.

At Strategic Outsourcing Services, we understand our customers better and hence package our services based on their requirements. We appreciate the fact that no two customers are the same and neither do they have the same requirements. Account based marketing, is our way of treating our customers and winning repeat business from our clients every time. Investigating prospects’ business and understanding their requirements before they could even mention it is half winning. The rest depends on what you talk, promise and deliver.

Being in the digital marketing space, Strategic Outsourcing Services does not stop at Search Engine Optimization neither it atProspect Intelligence Development nor at Website Design & Development. It involves everything which comes under the digital marketing umbrella.

You name it, you get it.
