We consider our employees to be our biggest assets and therefore, call them as “Champions”.
We reward our employees not only on the basis of their professional success but on their overall development. Rewards and recognitions for individual accomplishments motivate people for innovation and creativity, timely delivery of tasks and working for common goals. Following are the rewards showered at our Champions time to time:
- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual awards to hardworking and committed employees for their achievements.
- Award for prompt fulfillment of duties on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Awards for the top graders of the month and quarter.
- Each employee is provided with ‘Bravo Coupons’ through which they can recognize their fellow champions for excellence in service, professional tasks, positive attitude, prompt fulfillment of duties or positive energy. A person getting maximum bravo coupons is awarded as the “Bravo Champion” at the quarter end. This award reveals a lot about the quality of performance and popularity of an individual.
- Rolling Trophy is given to the top grader of the month and floor champion. This encourages the employees to prove themselves and excel in their tasks.
- Monthly and quarterly awards for the best team, team leader and manager.
Super service certificates, appreciation cards, yearly appreciation awards, multiyear service awards, employee of the month award, gift-vouchers and recognition of employees for extraordinary achievements motivate all employees at Strategic Marketing Services.
Managers at all levels offer frequent informal recognition and send handwritten thank-you notes to champions. Rewards are given to employees every quarter, based on their hard work, commitment, productivity, quality and attitude.
Rewards and recognitions have infused a positive spirit among the employees and motivate them to perform better. A grand R&R Event was held along with the New Year party on 17th December 2011 at the proposed champion Homes project location.Organized every month end, everyone is awaiting another R&R event with bated breath.
